Why A Personal Trainer?
To build a step by step plan to achieve all your fitness, lifestyle, and nutritional goals, and for pain management. First step is a full assessment of where you are now and establishing personal goals, whether fat loss, performance training, toning, or all over wellness. Second step, working alongside your health care professionals, to design a program safely within your limits, explaining lifestyle behaviours that sabotage your success, and using a step-by-step approach based on your fitness level to avoid over training or under training.
So where do I start? With a full or partial fitness assessment. This assessment is used to establish your fitness level, strength and weaknesses, review your exercise history, clear you medically if necessary, set your short and long-term goals, and build you a Monday to Sunday plan for exercise and eating.
